Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel - Statutory Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order - for any reason - within 14 calendar days from the day on which you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

• Emailing us at support@bonessydetoxifyi.world with your name, order reference (if known), and a clear statement that you wish to cancel;
• Or completing and returning the Model Cancellation Form provided at the end of this policy.

We will send you an acknowledgement of your cancellation without delay.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund, returned goods must:

• Be unopened and in their original condition, with all packaging intact;
• Be returned within 14 calendar days of the date on which you notified us of your cancellation.

Please note: Slim Coffee Booster is a food supplement sealed for hygiene and food safety reasons. If the product seal has been broken after delivery, we may not be able to accept the return in accordance with Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons unsealed by the consumer). If you are concerned about whether your product can be returned, please contact us before opening the packaging.

3. How to Return Goods

1. Notify us - email support@bonessydetoxifyi.world within 14 days of receipt to inform us you wish to return the goods.
2. Receive return instructions - we will reply within two working days with the return address and any further instructions.
3. Package the goods securely - use the original packaging where possible. Include your name and order reference inside the parcel.
4. Ship the goods - return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.
5. Receive your refund - once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Processing

We will reimburse you no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned goods (or evidence that you have sent them, if earlier). Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

The refund will include the original delivery cost, provided the return is made within the statutory cooling-off period and the goods are unopened. We may deduct from the refund any diminution in value of the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged in transit, or do not match your order, please contact us at support@bonessydetoxifyi.world within 30 days of receipt. In such cases:

• We will arrange collection or prepaid return postage;
• You will be entitled to a full refund or replacement at your choice;
• Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
